Tennessee General Assembly Honors Logger Of The Year Shannon Jarman
Governor Bill Lee and members of the Tennessee General Assembly honored Shannon Jarman, wife Rachel and daughter Marley, from Dickson County on March 16 with the 2020-2021 Tennessee Master Logger Of The Year Award, presented by the Tennessee Forestry Association (TFA).
Jarman was honored for his commitment to sound and sustainable forestry practices along with his ability to work well and communicate with landowners. Independent Stave Corp nominated Jarman for the award. TFA sponsors the Tennessee Master Logger program along with the Tennessee Dept. of Agriculture and University of Tennessee Extension Service.
