Tigercat Grows Product Support Team In Mississippi; Alabama
Tigercat has announced the addition of Travis Martin to the Tigercat product support team. Based in Anderson, Ala., Martin will be responsible for providing technical support for Tigercat’s products in the southern region of the U.S., including Alabama and Mississippi. He is a seasoned field service technician with over 25 years of experience in heavy equipment, ranging from forestry to railroads.
Martin will be working closely with Tigercat district manager Johnny Boyd and regional service manager John Withrow—taking over the support responsibilities for this region from previous product support representatives Nicholas Edwards and Nick Whitman. He will be supporting B&G Equipment in Mississippi and Alabama, along with Forestry 21 and Tidewater in Alabama.
Johnny Boyd is thrilled to welcome Martin to the Tigercat team, saying, “His extensive experience with heavy equipment will be a great asset. I look forward to working together.”
For Martin, the return to his roots in forestry is exciting, he says, and he will apply his expertise to support Tigercat’s customers in the southern U.S.
